This article is either wildly misinformed or intentionally misleading, to make it appear as though conservatives actually want people physically examining teenagers' genitals. The bill doesn't say that. You are free to disagree with it, but please either learn to read or stop manipulating people for your own political agenda.
Even if there would be a case to be made for some new regulatory measures in professional sports (and that would just be a practical & solvable problem, without any need for overwrought conservative faux-outrage & 'moral' panic), this is just bullshit.
There have always been mixed sports, for kids and grown-ups, and there's no reason to exclude (let alone body check) any sex or gender...
... and yes, if sexual violence would really be the thing these perverts, sorry, concerned conservatives, are worried about, then they should forbid cis heterosexual males to practice any sports, go on public transport or enter parks and other recreational areas, and, of course, lock them up in their work offices, so they can't come into contact with anyone but other cis heterosexual males. That would really make a difference when it comes to sexual violence against cis women, trans women and kids.

Regarding the sports genital exams, they really have to come up with different ways to separate the leagues in sports. It should be based on ability, rather than genitals, for goodness sakes. Like, those who can reach a certain level higher than anyone else can be in one tier, and others in the next tier, regardless of being male or female or neither. As for protection, I believe male athletes are subject to abuse as well. How about protecting everyone from abusers?
if only I were cold all the time -- getting older past 49 (which is when my hot flashes began) means being uncomfortable all the time, and overheating most of the time. I've had all the windows in my bedroom open since the heat came on. My mom, however, is cold all the time, so we have two different climates going on in the house, upstairs and downstairs, so I am never dressed right, besides having no bodily temperature control (hot, cold, hot, cold, wherever I am). I have cashmere turtlenecks I used to live in, all in storage. I go outside, and think, ahhhhhh, so nice and cold! I mean, I save a lot on heating when I live alone, so there's that.
