In a world where the odds are increasingly stacked against women, the thought floated through my mind, would I rather be a man? No. So many men and the women who enable them, seem to have lost any ethical compass. It must be their hormones constantly leading them astray and preventing them from thinking logically. I am increasingly of the opinion that men should not be allowed to engage in important decision-making. I think it might even be time to consider if men should be allowed to vote, It just doesn’t seem that they are suited to all that responsibility. :)
I live in Wichita, KS now but wasn’t here in 2009. True doctor. You are exactly right. It really doesn’t matter what our age is, women are not believed. It’s why healthcare professionals ignore us more, it’s why Males are always in charge, even in heavily female-dominated fields, they always make more money, 108/116 Supreme Court justices have been White Men. These people decide massive civil rights cases and they in NO WAY represent the USA. Reading things like this make me so mad and sick.
The Great American lie is that we care about children. We are pro kid. Could not be farther from the truth. Most are pro-certain kid from certain race, place, background, neighborhood, blah blah. I worked in Child Welfare for three years. I’ll be blogging and podcasting a bunch about these issues, I’m just so horrified by the grim statistics, the wages stay stagnant, the abuse and neglect statistics have not decreased, underfunded and the social workers are overworked and placed with unworkable case loads which then crippled their ability to make long-lasting, real change. Wow already my blood is boiling.
My neighborhood is filled with “Value Them Both and Vote Yes on August 2nd”. I feel suffocated and gross. If we were so PRO KID, abortions would barely happen because each child would have food, shelter, clothes, and social support. And they don’t. A LOT don’t. Sorry I’m getting worked up. I don’t want kids, never have so I’m not helping the 400,000+ foster kids right now either, but I also do not preach “prolife” bullshit lies that do NOTHING to help kids
Is the senate going to pass a “Save the New Babies” bill? Nope, cuz that’s socialism. So the 600,000 extra kids we get a year will suffer similar statistics

My county— only 3% of tapes and sexual assaults are prosecuted. In my city—-only 11% of rapes accusations even end in an arrest. We don’t value women in this country.
I was in a hit & run and then I followed the guy, he tried to get into my car at one point, it was locked, otherwise I might not even be here. Cops caught him because of ME. Turns out he was a rapist and even lit a woman on fire. Wtf. He was black, so of course he went to trial. But he also had multiple felonies.
Still how many rapists are on the streets? In Congress, royalty, pro athletes, youth pastors. Gisellane or whatever Maxwell got more time than any rapists ever combined!! Okay maybe not but STILL. She was most likely raped and groomed to help Epstein and she’ll get the most Hardy punishment of any rapist that would have “been outed” by Epstein if he was truthful and followed through. So if Epstein had whistleblowed? They all would get lawyers and buy their way out, they wouldn’t even be arrested. They would call Epstein a liar and no one would get any justice, like now.
What to do? This is a war; we knew it would be a war; we need war strategies. Believed or not, the stories need to keep coming out; I think that's a winning strategy (and I think the bad guys have figured that out too). The stories might often not get the platform they deserve (the mainstream media has been in denial about the emergency this country has been in for six years) but we can be creative. A bigger problem is how to provide some kind of protection for those who have a story that needs to be told, or they'll remain silent (which the bad guys are counting on). This would seem to be something for which funding is needed.
This totally pisses me off. So if a 10 year old has an abortion it does not matter if there is a police report or any report she CANNOT consent, she is a CHILD. So unless they are saying she did not have an abortion (and the physician who performed the abortion confirmed this and her age) the reporting makes no sense unless you are trying to justify child rape!!
