We always grow our own Anaheim peppers to make chile rellenos. Today I roasted them to peel off the skins and the house is filled with the aroma. Reminds me of visiting Sante Fe in the fall when the air was filled with this beautiful perfume of roasting chiles. Lovely and nothing like it.
