If you can’t beat them—shut them up. That’s one of the oldest tools.

I am immensely disappointed in Reproductive Freedom for All for endorsing Acton. Her transphobic comments should be automatically disqualifying for any liberal/leftist/progressive group to endorse her in the same way being anti-choice would be disqualifying if she weren't transphobic. Our liberation is interdependent and we can't sacrifice the good of one marginalized group to help another.

Folks it's time for episode 5001 of "Oops, we held back a powerful fighter... WTF why did we lose??!"

How is not endorsing holding her back? She is being transphobic and shouldn't be endorsed by liberal/leftist/progressive groups. Sacrificing one marginalized group to benefit another is a really bad idea. What would people think if a queer group endorsed someone who is supportive of queer/trans rights but anti-abortion? This is the same thing. We all need to stand together.

Thanks for the non-responsive response.

Pro-life is an oxymoron. They are pro-matricide, not "Pro-life". We need to call them out on how their laws kill mothers.

"Related: the Trump administration is trying to reframe (🚩) their attacks on teen pregnancy prevention programs as efforts to weed out “sexually explicit” material from classrooms. Of course."

I wonder if this effort would include books like this series including "It's Perfectly Normal",

If the kids don't learn it the right way they'll sure as hell learn it the wrong way. More than that the Trump crew is trying to weaken minds and make easy prey

There is direct sunlight and indirect sunlight in gardening; there is direct connections and indirect connections in plumbing. There are no direct and indirect abortions. I suspect the anti-abortion crowd are trying to explain the differences from their “good” reason to have an abortion and your reason never being good enough to get one.
