Thank you for saying it like it is. Agree with the other comment that mainstream media needs to report the brutal aftermath that you are revealing. Appreciate all you do Jessica!
San Francisco saw the annual theater played out between anti-abortion crowds bussed-in by out-of-town churches and disgusted protesters for whom abortion bans are anti-life. The visitors marvel at this weird and wacky sin city. The locals are disgusted by the tourists. The ugly spectacle is certainly good for shoring up our native right-wingers, few as they are.
Oh yes, and the news media that ALWAYS has to make a big deal about one or three anti-abortion fanatics who show up at abortion rights demonstrations, as if those few somehow need to be interviewed rather than just ignored in the sea of hundreds or thousands of women and others fighting for the right to an abortion.
The one most of them claim to worship is reported to have said, "Forgive them, for they know not what they do." It's very difficult but there may be something to it. I'm from a Catholic family, and as I remember Jesus he had three priorities, and I would say in this order: 1) Tell the truth. 2) Be humble. 3) Take care of the poor and the suffering. I almost never see any of these from red America (not that blue America doesn't frequently fail too). I of course have a lot of antipathy towards religion but it's human beings' failure at empathy and tendency to desire conformity and to ostracize the 'other' that is the problem.
So agree. The God they seem to worship (selectively, of course) seems to cherish human suffering and sadness, and to be rather vindictive and malicious.
At the age of 75 I am so dismayed to see women’s rights sliding backwards.

Impeccably said as usual 💔

Despicable. Main stream media needs to reposition their reporting and look to you for your facts.
How can I post this on my Facebook? You will probably get some new subscribers if I can. Amlynch888@gmail.com
I figured it out.
Important message. This is not humane nor religious values, but arrogant aggressive over reaching politics.

Thanks for calling them out!
They celebrate until it happens to them or someone they love -- though some of them won’t even have the sense to feel compassion then.
You are heartbreakingly right, Jessica!
