Trump and the evil billionaires don't expect to win at all but they want to create enough chaos that the Red state legislatures will throw the election to trump (shame on that RFK fucker!) I think there is some confusion about which Congress certifies the election -- it is the new Congress ("Since the 20th Amendment, the newly elected joint Congress declares the winner of the election; all elections before 1936 were determined by the outgoing Congress." -- Wikipedia page) All the more reason to vote for Dems everywhere.

She should've said what abortion opponents claim is fetal personhood. Why can't abortion advocates get their language right when on the media??

Saw a superb interview with Andy Kim (NJ vote him into senate) and saw Robert Garcia last night on Ali Velshi eloquently defending immigrants and what they have done for this country. Because of this new articulate and vocal group, the older members are also shedding their usual timid stance. #VoteBlue, it is not complicated.
My healthcare provider is NY Presbyterian. They actually asked me what my religion is. I was taken aback and said definitively none. I wish I had said Feminism. I'm still mad about it.
Adding to my previous comment, I want to know who or what is driving the Gaza protests here? Obviously, some of it maybe genuine anguish but it would also hurt Biden in the election. Wasn't there a report about Hamas meeting with Pootie before Oct 7 and was Oct 7 an op gone wild to exact Netanyahu's (and Biden's) predictable reaction? There is a lot going on and it is all out of a Bond movie. Who is the world savior if not the US at this point in history?

At this point I would just lump various abortion bans in states and everything else that is disruptive to American way of life as being funded/directed by insiders and outsiders who want to harm America (and are on the take). On the issue of feeling glee, I don't feel glee that the people of Florida are subject to an abortion ban. I don't feel glee that the people of Florida don't have expanded Medicaid, or that Florida politicians oppose doing anything about global warming (which impacts Florida disproportionally). Etc. Maybe the abortion ban will -- added to the many other reasons to vote Republicans out of office -- motivate Florida voters to come to their senses and start working their butts off to vote Republicans out of office. I am sorry that suffering seems to be needed to motivate a voter backlash.
