Let’s start with the good news: We had a major win last week in Ohio, where the state’s 6-week abortion ban was struck down. It’s been almost a full year since voters passed Issue 1—by large margins, I might add! Thanks to that win, a county judge last week ruled that the state’s ‘heartbeat’ ban is unconstitutional:
