This makes me so disgusted I could throw something. I feel conflicted about clicking the "heart" icon, because it feels like I am somehow saying I like this bullshit. But, of course, I am just endorsing the article and loving the fact that you are reporting this information, Jessica. As a healthcare professional, I take this VERY personally. This hostility toward science and twisting of the truth in pursuit of a regressive agenda is completely offensive to anyone who has pursued years of education in the sciences. Uninformed laypersons do NOT get to dictate how medicine is practiced. This is a total insult to those of us who are truly working toward a healthier society. I also have to wonder: when will Texas adopt an identical program that will require doctors to report all the physical and psychological complications that arise from child birthing and child rearing?! People should be warned about THAT, right??!!

I lived in Texas for 30 years, most of them during childbearing age. My heart breaks for what women and their doctors are going through there now. Your words are vital.
