Last month, I contacted the clinic where I had my abortion to ask them how long they kept records. I, too, I am worried about them going after people retro-actively. I told them when I had my abortion and they told me my info was long gone. The woman who responded to my email was very kind and told me she was sorry women have to worry about this.
I’m not trying to scare people, there isn’t a lot of support for this now, but I have seen (always) men talk about “retroactively” enacting these laws or “grandfathering” in these laws on discussions of abortion on YouTube. I wish I could remember which of the many videos I have seen. I always wish where was more support for pro-choice views on YouTube. Men, and petty, vindictive ones who know nothing about abortion healthcare, seem to run wild there in comments.
