I read the part of the SB 2880 in your letter about the exceptions and then I read it again. I could be mistaken, because it’s late and I’m sleep deprived, but it sounds like #3 on the excerpt of SB 2880 says that a civil action may not be brought BY the rapist instead of exempting the rapist from being sued.
